We always hope our products provide Sunshine and Smiles but should you be less than happy with your purchase, return the unused product in its original packaging to us within 14 days of purchase for a refund of the purchased price.
Bundles, sets and kits: you must return all components of a bundle, set or kit in order to receive a refund of the purchased price.
Sunshine and Smiles does not provide pre-paid return labels. When shipping a return, we highly recommend adding tracking information for your personal records.
Gift Cards are non-refundable and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

ORDER/ITEMS RECEIVED ARE INCORRECT OR MISSING
We try very hard to make sure your order is correct and arrives to you safely and quickly. However, we realize that mistakes can happen on our end while processing your order.
While we certainly understand this is not convenient to you, the quickest way to return or exchange the incorrect items you received is by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can correct your order, or get the money back for your order.

If you are missing items from your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help reorder the items or credit you for the items not received.
