Order Processing Time:

24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) 

Delivery Dates: 

Dates for delivery are estimates only and are not guaranteed. If a delivery requires a signature to confirm receipt, it is your responsibility to ensure that there is someone at the delivery address to sign for the products when delivered. It is also your responsibility to collect the products from any postal collection depot and/or arrange an alternative delivery date if you are not available to sign for the products.

Shipping Rates: 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For simple flat rate shipping: We offer flat rate shipping within the United States only. 

Order Status:

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number.
